We started the Positive Action initiative in 2004 as part of our company commitment to rewarding our highly valued staff.
Members of the scheme have the opportunity to take part in the decision-making process for company days out and for how we raise and allocate funds for charitable donations.

The success of the project has continued to grow year on year. Recent events include a Pub Quiz, Tatton Park Flower Show, Bowling and even a trip to Alton Towers!
