In 2005 the UK market for healthcare contract catering and foodservice management was valued at £484m, 11.9% of the total contract catering market.

We work closely with 3663 first for foodservice and the NHS and in 2005 we developed a range of five third gastro products which are being used by a number of hospitals today!  All of the products are available in 1.5kg packs and can be cooked from frozen in 45 minutes, they are also low in salt and offer nutritionally balanced meals for patients, staff and visitors.
