The Authentic Food Company is proud to offer a comprehensive and interactive training program for successful graduates.

The program lasts 18 months and is designed to give candidates a sound grounding within business processes to help them in their full time roles. The company looks to develop candidates who are committed to the long-term success of both themselves and the company.

The program is based around the following principles:

Action: All candidates are expected to add value to the business through the project work that they undertake. Candidates will also be expected to spend time working within each manufacturing facility and need to be highly self-motivated.

Implementation: Projects will be real time, active and it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to implement the work with support from the senior manager responsible for their project area. A typical placement will see candidates start and complete 3 projects that add value across business functions.

Development: Each candidate will be assigned a mentor, who will help them integrate into the business and offer sound advice through their time here.

Career Planning: Candidates will be given an opportunity to have input into how they would like their career to progress within the company.
